Are you an experienced Electrical Site Manager looking to join a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering prestigious, high value projects across the Midlands? My client is now seeking a driven and knowledgeable Electrical Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of major projects throughout the Midlands. Working with a well established M&E contractor, you will play a key role in delivering technically challenging developments across a diverse portfolio including Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial sectors. The Role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of electrical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, on time and within programme. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, liaise closely with the team and project management, and maintain exceptional standards throughout every phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical installation activities across high value projects
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
  • Resolve on site issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track

  • Experience as an Electrical Site Manager on M&E projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, delegate and develop site teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A proactive, hands on approach with a willingness to support wherever needed
  • A thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice
