Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are once again working with a highly progressive and forward-thinking Manufacturing business - head office based in Wolverhampton but the role is a Key Account Manager position that comes with Hybrid / Field based working.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Salary: £38,000 to £45,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow national and regional merchant, retail and distribution accounts.
- Win new business opportunities.
- Deliver annual sales and margin targets.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions and trading agreements.
- Produce account plans and sales forecasts.
- Analyse sales, competitor and market data.
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Product teams.
- Maintain CRM and sales reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing major retail or merchant accounts along with strong commercial and negotiation skills, excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities as well as being analytical with forecasting experience. A Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is essential!
