My Walsall based Distribution & Manufacturing client are looking for a Compliance & Operations Administrator to join their team. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity. Duties include:- * Support with all HR departmental requirements * Assist with the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System. * Maintain and manage maintenance and compliance of the Health and Safety policy and procedures. * Assist with the maintenance and compliance of GDPR regulations and the company GDPR policy. * General facilities management. * Support with event management. * Attend and minute meetings as and when required. * Carry out all filing, general administration, diary management and general organisation relating to the duties of the Directors. * Support where needed in day to day or in holiday/absence situations. * Work with other departments of the Company to maximise harmony in working relationships and practices. * Strive to achieve all goals and targets. * Undertake required training. Key Skills:- * Essential you have worked within a compliance role previously and understand ISO 9001 as a minimum * Excellent administration skills and the ability to pick up policies and procedures swiftly * If you have any HR administration experience this would be advantageous * Excellent attention to detail * Good IT skills including MS Office suite and ability to pick up systems and processes swiftly * Excellent communication skills and team player
