Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a large global manufacturing company based in West Bromwich for a Internal Sales Executive on a 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT This role will Effectively manage customers by ensuring orders are processed, Promote the company’s products through monthly outbound telephone campaigns and Support the Team Leader as required including preparing quotations, supporting account credit and debit administration. * Salary – £25k to £27k Plus 15% Performance based bonus * 37 hours a week Monday to Friday , 8 – 4 / 8.30 – 4.30 / 9 – 5 . * Excellent benefits such as training and development, 25 days holiday, discount gym membership, health care plans, pension plans and much more! Daily duties include: * Using Salesforce CRM to process customer orders, check inventory and respond to customer issues * Process and progress orders through to dispatch. * Maintain telephone contact with customers, external sales teams, and transport companies * Respond to customer enquiries relating to stock, pricing and discount and provide 1st level technical support where possible. * Engage in outbound telephone activity to promote sales * Provide customer quotations. * Provide the external sales team with information relating to quotations, customer accounts etc. * Organise transport for non-standard deliveries. * Ensure deliveries are progressed * Liaise with all departments on issues relating to product manufacture, assembly etc An exciting and diverse sales role perfect for a bubbly bright and confident character – if this is you please do not delay in applying as we are looking for an IMMEDIATE START
