An established and highly respected engineering stockholder & distributor based in Wolverhampton is looking to add a confident Internal Sales Executive to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sales to secure a long-term, stable career. This is a temp to perm role.
Full product training is available for candidates with the right attitude and transferable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handling inbound sales enquiries
- Managing and responding to customer emails
- Producing quotations and progressing customer orders
- Sales order processing & works order generation
- Purchase order processing for stock items
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Liaising with manufacturing, warehouse & accounts teams
- Strong Maths & English skills
- Background in engineering or manufacturing
- Confident communication via phone & email
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy sales office
- Team player who can work with multiple departments
- Experience using SAGE 200
- Knowledge of flanges, fittings, or pipework products
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Salary £29,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
- Permanent position after 13 weeks
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
