Responsibilities:

Requirements & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager (or similar) within mechanical, electrical, and building services environments.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident in a client-facing role.
  • Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations within construction.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
  • SSSTS OR SMSTS.
  • First Aid.
