We\’re seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic and exciting company. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable facilitating a high-stakes leadership meeting as they are managing daily operational basics with absolute precision. You will be instrumental in maximizing the CEO\’s time, ensuring clear and effective communication, and driving key initiatives to completion. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage a complex calendar, prioritize demands, and flawlessly handle travel arrangements, expenses, and briefings.
  • Anticipate the CEO\’s needs, preparing them for meetings and key events while proactively resolving potential issues.

Meeting Facilitation

  • Organize and facilitate meetings, from building agendas and keeping time to capturing action items and ensuring proper follow-through.
  • Maintain the company\’s leadership cadence, including weekly executive check-ins, stand-ups, and strategic reviews.

Company Communications

  • Draft internal communications on behalf of the CEO, including company-wide updates, all-hands notes, and announcements.
  • Prepare board packs and investor updates, coordinating contributions from various stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Lead short-term, cross-functional projects by defining clear goals, timelines, ownership, and success metrics.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and help make swift, decisive actions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain credible relationships with the board, investors, senior leaders, customers, and key suppliers.
  • Develop trust and rapport across all levels of the organization, from front-line employees to the boardroom.

Operational Administration

  • Ensure smooth daily operations by keeping documentation, logistics, and vendor coordination tight and efficient, allowing the business to move at a fast pace.

Judgment and Confidentiality

  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
