Estimator / Surveyor

We are working with a leading national contracting group with a focus on commercial refurbishment, maintenance and retro refits of social housing stock. The company are based in South Wales but have recently expanded its geographical footprint and now work across Southern and Southwest England.\\n\\nThe company have a very busy orderbook and future pipeline of work and require a Estimator / Surveyor to join their commercial team to price new schemes and commercially deliver through to finial account.\\n\\nThis position plays a key role within a small but friendly commercial team and offers the successful candidate a progressive opportunity within the wider group.\\n\\nKey Criteria:\\n\\n * Minimum of five years experience within a quantity surveying role\\n\\n * Experience of producing estimates\\n\\n * Refurbishment /Social Housing experience is desirable but not essential\\n\\nIf you have experience in the above and want to progress your career within rapidly expanding environment, get in touch today
