An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager (CEM) to lead the engineering delivery of a portfolio of CP7 rail infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in delivering major enhancement and renewals schemes, including Footbridge Enhancements Programmes, supporting future capacity improvements on one of Wales' most important rail corridors.
As CEM, you will:
- Lead engineering assurance and technical governance.
- Manage internal and external design teams.
- Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards and PACE/GRIP requirements.
- Chair design reviews and oversee technical approvals.
- Provide technical leadership on construction methodology and buildability.
- Support safe, efficient project delivery and undertake CRE duties when required.
About You:
- Proven experience as a CEM within a rail contracting environment.
- Strong civil engineering background, particularly structures and rail assets.
- Experience delivering Design.
