We\\\’re working with a leading M&E contractor known for delivering high-specification projects across the UK. They\\\’re now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their Birmingham team and oversee a portfolio of industrial, commercial, and retail developments.
Location: Birmingham
Sector: Industrial, Commercial, Retail
Salary: £60,000 + package (car allowance, pension, holidays, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Lead electrical project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme and quality targets are met
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee procurement, cost control, and technical compliance
- Ensure health & safety and regulatory standards are upheld across all phases
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large Industrial builds
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation methods
- Previous experience working with a main M&E contractor
- Exceptional leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, procurement, and project planning
- Relevant electrical qualifications (HNC/Degree preferred but not essential)
