We are seeking a National Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of specialist fire-rated cabling containment and ductwork projects across the UK and Northern Ireland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of national contracts β coordinating design, manufacture, logistics, and installation from early engagement to final handover.
This role is ideal for:

You will be trusted to manage complex projects, work directly with clients, and lead teams across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from design through manufacture, installation, and handover
- Act as the main client contact and manage relationships professionally
- Oversee contracts, variations, and commercial matters (JCT / NEC)
- Coordinate CAD/Revit teams, manufacturing, logistics, and installation staff
- Develop project programmes, resource plans, and site delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with RAMS, ITPs, CDM regulations, and fire compartmentation standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop site supervisors and operational teams
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects
Skills & Experience
- Experience in contracts, project, or operations management within construction or specialist manufacturing
- Knowledge of fire compartmentation, containment systems, and MEP / HVAC environments
- Exposure to JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- SMSTS and CSCS (essential)
- Relevant qualifications in construction, building services, or engineering
- Willingness to travel nationally
Projects may include schools, hospitals, and care environments. DBS required.
