As a Site Supervisor – Mechanical, you will coordinate site operations and oversee subcontractors on a state-of-the-art cancer centre project. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all work is completed in line with current drawings, specifications, programme requirements, and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards
- Monitor progress and communicate delays or issues to senior management
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Ensure only trained and authorised personnel carry out assigned tasks
- Maintain clean, organised, and compliant work areas
- Implement and monitor QA procedures and site compliance
- Promote continuous improvement and professional standards on site
Essential Criteria
