As the company continues to expand, they're looking to appoint an experienced HR professional to take ownership of all people-related matters, reporting directly to the Finance Director. This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor, Officer or Generalist who is ready to take on a broader, more hands-on role and make a real impact on a growing business. The Opportunity You'll be the first point of contact for HR related queries across the company, working closely with the Finance Director, the Board, managers and employees at every level to make sure the business is well supported, compliant and a great place to work. Your role will include: * Preparing and administering HR documentation, including contracts of employment. * Managing recruitment and liaising with recruitment agencies. * Delivering inductions for new starters and carrying out exit interviews. * Supporting the company's appraisal process. * Assisting with the Apprenticeship Programme and liaising with training providers. * Administering grievance and disciplinary processes. * Providing the Board of Directors with regular HR and legislative updates. * Building management capability by identifying training needs, mentoring and coaching. * Driving employee engagement, communication and wellbeing initiatives across the business. * Reviewing and renewing HR policies annually. The role is full-time and based at the Cardiff office, with occasional travel to regional offices and sites as required.
