Involve Recruitment are looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with a leading regional refurbishment and build contractor. This position will give you the opportunity to work on commercial refurbishment and new build schemes from £5-£20 million commercial schemes in a supportive environment with expert mentors. Duties: * Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions * Support with the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers * Assist in managing project budgets and cost plans * Contribute to valuations, variations, and final accounts * Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Key Criteria: * Degree-qualified or studying towards a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. * 2-5 year\’s experience in a commercial or assistant QS role, ideally with a main contractor.
