My Wednesbury based Distribution client are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities. Duties:- * First point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs * Ensure accounts are recieving the services they require within their budget and meeting their needs * Maintain accurate client records and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals * Address customers’ needs and concerns quickly and effectively develop and maintain strong relationships * Identify any needs from the customer and provide solutions * Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships Key Skills:- * Must have a proven track record in Account Management * Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to build client relatinships * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Able to lead from the front * Strategic thinker and good problem solving skills * Adaptable * Good interpersonal skills
