We're working with a successful regional civil engineering contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across West Wales.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of projects, working closely with site teams, clients, subcontractors and senior management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to budget.

Your role will include:

  • Leading multiple projects concurrently, typically valued between £250k and £2m.
  • Programming and planning works, resources and project delivery.
  • Supporting and developing Site Agents and site-based teams.
  • Managing client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
  • Overseeing procurement of labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring budgets, costs, forecasts and overall project performance.
  • Identifying and managing programme, commercial and operational risks.
  • Supporting valuations, variations and other commercial matters.
  • Driving high standards of health & safety, quality and environmental performance.
  • Reporting progress and performance to senior management.

A genuinely varied workload across groundworks, drainage, structures, car parks and general civil engineering, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience and take ownership of increasingly complex schemes.
