Involve Northwest are recruiting a Family Navigator to work within our Connect Us project. The successful applicant will work from the Community Village, Rock Ferry, CH42 1LE and the Wirral area.
The role involves full-time work (35 hours per week) on a fixed-term basis until 31 January 2029. Interviews are scheduled for week commencing 21 September 2026, with a focus on supporting families with young children to access services and build strong community connections.
