Involve Northwest are recruiting for a Family Navigator, to work within our Connect Us project.
The successful applicant will work from the Community Village, Rock Ferry, CH42 1LE and the Wirral area.

Job Title: Family Navigator
Salary: £26,479 per annum
Working hours: Full-time – 35 hours per week
Contract Length: Fixed term until 31st January 2029
Job Purpose:
- To build on the strengths-based Community Connectors model to support families with children aged 0–5 to become more confident, resilient and connected to their communities and to the services, activities and assets available to them.
- To work alongside families to identify their strengths, priorities and aspirations, supporting them to overcome barriers, develop practical solutions and build the confidence and skills to navigate support independently.

Interviews are due to take place week commencing Monday 21st September 2026.
