Community Partnership Officer – Regional Hub Lead
- Hours of work: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
- Annual Leave: 30 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)
- Salary: Up to 28,500 per annum (pro rata)
- Contract: Fixed term to 31st March 2028

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused individual to join us as a Community Partnership Officer – Regional Hub Lead, supporting the delivery of the Kent Gambling Harms Prevention Programme across West Kent.
Working alongside communities, voluntary organisations, public services and people with lived experience, you will lead the West Kent Regional Hub and help build awareness of gambling-related harms, strengthen prevention activity and improve access to support.
Working in partnership with MVA and Social Enterprise Kent, who lead the other regional hubs across Kent, you will contribute to a coordinated county-wide approach that brings together learning, builds local capacity and strengthens pathways to support. Through community engagement, partnership development and the growth of the Gambling Harm Champions programme, you will help create healthier, more informed and connected communities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing people together around shared goals and creating positive change through collaboration. If you are passionate about community engagement, partnership working and improving outcomes for local people, we’d love to hear from you.
You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for this role, as it involves community and home visits. The role includes providing regulated activity with adults, so employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
