Invogue is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented National Account Manager to oversee and grow our key retail accounts across the country. This pivotal role involves managing relationships with major clients, driving sales growth, and implementing strategic plans that align with our brand objectives. The National Account Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to maximize business opportunities and enhance brand presence. This is an office-based position located at our headquarters in Ascot Business Park (SL5 9FE), with potential travel to client sites nationwide and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key national retail accounts to achieve sales targets
  • Develop strategic account plans that align with company goals and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with national retailers
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on account performance
  • Travel as required to meet clients and attend trade events

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role in the beauty or FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of retail account management and sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
  • Proactive, target-driven, and highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Comfortable with regular travel across the UK
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
