At Invivo / Microba Life Sciences, we are on a mission to transform health through the microbiome. We partner with healthcare practitioners across the UK to deliver cutting-edge gut microbiome testing, empowering them to provide better outcomes for their patients. We are a purpose-driven, B Corp-aligned business with a passionate and growing team. If you want to do meaningful work in an innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for a motivated and clinically aware Clinical Engagement Coordinator to join our Clinical Growth Team. This is a relationship-focused, commercially aware role at the heart of our practitioner network. You will manage and nurture relationships with solo healthcare practitioners within your designated territory — supporting their engagement with Microba testing, driving referral growth, and ensuring practitioners feel supported every step of the way. Reporting to the Clinical Engagement Lead, you will work alongside colleagues who manage larger, high-volume clinic accounts, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional experience to practitioners at the earlier stages of their journey with us. This is a brilliant opportunity for a nutritional therapy professional or health science graduate ready to move into a commercially focused role — combining clinical knowledge with strong relationship management and organisational skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with sole practitioners within your territory, maintaining regular contact to support engagement and grow test referrals
  • Hosting inbound discovery calls for new practitioners and qualifying leads
  • Driving practitioner acquisition through events, LinkedIn outreach, and social media
  • Following up with lapsed, at-risk, and churned practitioners to encourage re-engagement
  • Using the Sales Engagement Activity Framework to drive weekly outreach and account management
  • Conducting weekly data analysis of practitioner activity and territory performance
  • Preparing end-of-month reports for the Clinical Engagement Lead
  • Collaborating with the wider Clinical Growth Team on practitioner engagement initiatives
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Microba testing and microbiome science

What We're Looking For

  • Qualification in Nutritional Therapy or equivalent clinical qualification or experience
  • Experience in a clinical support, sales, or practitioner engagement role
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with good organisational and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own territory
  • A genuine passion for microbiome science and practitioner health

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + 10% discretionary bonus
  • 5 weeks annual leave + UK bank holidays + your birthday off (after year one) + 2 paid wellbeing days
  • Company pension with employer contributions matched up to 5%
