Clinical Growth Specialist for the South West Region (Remote with travel). Full-time or 4 days part time per week. Salary circa ÂŁ40,000 basic, with uncapped commission (OTE ÂŁ48,000+).

Location: South West UK (must reside in this region, ideally near Bristol). Home working with regular client site visits. Travel to Stroud HQ for training and meetings. Professional home working environment with privacy required.

Role Overview: We are seeking a driven, technically confident Clinical Growth Specialist to support the South West territory of the UK. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong local network of healthcare professionals (HCPs) — including nutritional therapists, naturopaths, and other functional medicine practitioners — and be experienced with advanced microbiome testing, such as Invivo’s MetaXplore test. This role is suited to a commercially minded nutritional therapy professional who is comfortable discussing gut microbiome testing at a technical level, and who brings a proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your HCP and practitioner network to generate leads and grow sales
  • Build and maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new practitioners
  • Work proactively, both independently and collaboratively, to achieve sales targets within the Clinical Growth Team
  • Represent Invivo at industry events and meetings
  • Support smooth onboarding and account management
  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for practitioner events

Essential Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum Level 6 qualification in Nutritional Therapy
  • Strong knowledge of gut microbiome testing, ideally with experience using Invivo/Microba’s MetaXplore test
  • Participation in Invivo’s Pioneer or Mentor programs (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence
