Invivo Healthcare ('The Human Microbiome Company') is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with Functional Medicine experience to join our Commercial Team.

Invivo is a healthcare company committed to restoring human health and ecology.

We achieve this by offering the latest advancements in microbiome testing and food supplements to healthcare practitioners and their patients.

Recently acquired by Microba Life Sciences, you will be part of a pioneering global team, working towards the advancement of clinical microbiome science. Innovations in microbiome technologies and supplements are at the core of Invivo's portfolio for both primary, integrated and complementary health care practitioners.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong network of HCP (Healthcare Professional), nutritional therapists, naturopaths, and other functional medicine practitioner contacts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of quickly securing new business and leveraging existing relationships to open doors with key decision-makers.

o Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the Integrative Functional Medicine (IFM) sector.

o Utilise your existing HCP and functional medicine practitioner network to generate leads and drive sales.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

o Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

o Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new customers.

Flexibility for ad-hoc evening/weekend work to support meetings/events is needed.

Experience and Skills Required

· Proven experience (at least three years) in business development within the functional medicine sector in London & the Southeast is essential.

· Established relationships with HCPs, nutritional therapists, naturopaths, and other functional medicine practitioners that can be leveraged to accelerate sales growth.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

· Full UK driving license (due to regional travel requirements).

The position will also include the following benefits:

· Salary circa £60k basic, OTE £75k+ (uncapped commission)

· Car allowance, phone and laptop

· 25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata if part-time)
