Food Service Design Consultant

We don\’t just design food and beverage spaces…We help create a sustainable guest experience

Invito is seen as somewhat of a specialist in Stadia and arena, this means we do every type of food and beverage service, design. Anything from a Fast pour beer system, chicken shop coffee shops, cafes, CPUs to Michelin started dining experiences.

There are some cool parts of what we do if you’re into food and nutrition we work on training centres, where you lean about not just the design but how they get the best out of the nutrition and mindset of a sports person. ( you don’t meet the players)

As with all design consultancy we work alongside the wider design teams, some direct clients which are a great source of knowledge for us to constantly improve, and learn from the human behaviour of how the spaces we design come alive when they are being operated

We push more and more into sustainability and how we can improve our designs working with clients and manufacturers to get the best results and push the future outputs.

The Role

Were looking for a Foodservice Design Consultant- or Technical consultant to join our team would suit a designer from a kitchen house looking to change aspects of the industry, or a technical designer wanting to take the next step.

Key Skills

· 3 years Experience in commercial catering Design

· Being able to design kitchens, bars cellars from brief in AutoCAD and Write specifications

· Communication with clients, working to a brief and hitting timelines

· Collaborating though Teams, ACC etc

· Being able to read Data sheets and ensuring services are correct, double checking with manufacturers when needed

· Work with the wider team and knowledge share

· Ability to Review and Mark up drawings

· Revit is not important, but is a bonus if you can use it

· Understanding the relevant legislation, and or whom to reach out to for assistance

· We realise everything we do in design impacts end users i.e. us when we go to an event.

Reponsibilities

  • Designing Catering outlets in Both large and small venues
  • Ensuring Specifications and schedules are accurate
  • Reviewing drawings and models before issuing them
  • Ensuring all Services Drawings and schedules are accurate
  • Collaborating with wider Design team
  • Conducting site visits working closely clients and design team members

Remote working and site meetings- we try to be considerate to peoples lives if you wish to start earlier and finish earlier in the winter that’s fine with us
