Senior Procurement Manager

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for our public sector client based in Leeds (hybrid working) on an initial 6 -month contract paying up to £625 per day Inside IR35.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid – 2 to 3 days on -site

Key Skills:

• Open procurement in regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23
• Experience from OBC to award under PA23
• Business case development (OBC/FBC)
• Commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and decision -making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Risk management in procurement

  Desirable:

  • Familiarity with sourcing systems
