We're looking for an Alarms System Implementation Specialist for our public sector client based in Salisbury on a 21-month contract, paying up to £670 per day (Inside IR35).
Please note this role is fully on-site, 5 days per week, with no hybrid working available.
The successful Alarms System Implementation Specialist will be a highly proactive and self-motivated professional with proven hands-on experience of industrial alarm and control systems in a complex, high hazard environment. You will adapt a site-wide alarms philosophy and policy to the specific needs of individual facilities, produce clear and detailed working documents for operators, and lead a comprehensive implementation plan covering both immediate and long-term organisational needs.
You will need proven experience working with the following:
- Alarms systems background with hands-on experience of industrial alarm and control systems including Trend, Vista, Schneider Systems, EcoStruxure and Saulter Systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and tactical experience of EEMUA Publication 191
- Interpreting, configuring and optimising alarm platforms to support compliant operation
- Policy or process implementation within a complex operational environment
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across diverse teams and operational contexts
- Upskilling and developing personnel to build sustainable alarms management capability
Knowledge of DSEAR and HS&EP requirements would be highly desirable.
Candidates must be Sole UK Nationals. You will need to hold or be able to pass active SC clearance for this role.
