We're looking for an AI Tech Lead for a cutting-edge startup organisation to be based remotely on an initial contract basis with a view to becoming permanent as the project and product takes off, paying a competitive rate with equity and bonus on offer. This is a fully remote role with the expectation to attend meetings with investors.

The successful Tech Lead will serve as the sole technical owner of a greenfield, AI-native analytics and reporting platform built for private credit fund managers. Working directly with the founder, you'll make the architecture calls, set engineering standards, and write and review code from day one. You'll have genuine influence over both the product and the company as it scales.

You will need proven experience working with the following:

  • Private credit, private markets, or capital markets
  • Shipping production software with 3 to 5 years in a tech lead or staff engineer role
