The predicted salary is between 126000 - 195000 £ per year.

We're looking to fill 2 X Learning Designer roles for our transport public sector client on initial 12-month contracts (Inside IR35), paying between £525 and £750 per day Umbrella depending on experience and level. This role is based at London, with 3 days per week in the office. Both positions sit within a high-profile leadership academy programme.

You will be designing and delivering immersive, scenario-based learning experiences for senior leaders across a large and complex operational environment. We have one position at Senior level and one at Instructional level.

The successful Learning Designers will be confident learning professionals who enjoy working at pace, take pride in the quality of their output and are comfortable working directly with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to shape content that creates real behavioural change.

You will need proven experience working with the following:

  • Designing scenario-based and simulation learning content, including facilitator guides, session flows, workbooks and decision frameworks
  • Building and formatting delivery-ready assets for workshops and virtual delivery, including PowerPoint decks, data packs, role profiles and scenario artefacts
  • Managing content versioning
