We are looking for a Strategic Workforce Analyst for our client based in Aberdeen on an initial 6-month contract paying up to £450 per day Inside IR35. This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office in Aberdeen when required.
The successful Strategic Workforce Analyst will support strategic workforce planning by analysing workforce data, building models, and producing clear insights to inform senior decision-making. You will need proven experience working with the following:
- Strategic workforce planning within a complex organisation
- Workforce analytics, business analytics, or workforce optimisation
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
- Creating workforce models, scenarios, and capacity plans
- Data visualisation and dashboard development to support workforce strategy
- Translating complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Communicating analytical findings to non-technical audiences
- Working collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
