We're looking for an HR Administrator for our public sector client on a contract until February 2027 (Inside IR35), paying £250 per day Umbrella. The role is based in Abingdon with 3 days per week on-site, Tuesday to Thursday.

The successful HR Administrator will be an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. You will be a reliable and proactive member of the People team, comfortable switching between operational tasks and project support, and trusted by stakeholders at all levels to handle sensitive information with discretion.

You will need proven experience working with the following:

  • HR administration or HR operations, with a solid understanding of People processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Managing multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbal
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information professionally and with discretion
