We're looking for a HR Business Partner for the public sector client based in London on an initial 3 -month contract, paying up to £490 per day (Inside IR35).
<\/p>


<\/p>

This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to be in the office 1 to 2 days per week, with more presence expected at the start to build relationships with key stakeholders.
<\/p>


<\/p>

The successful HR Business Partner will be an experienced, confident HR professional who thrives in a fast -paced, high pressure environment. This is a hands -on senior generalist role sitting within a small but busy People and Culture team, with a strong focus on complex employee relations casework and senior stakeholder engagement across a legally focused organisation.
<\/p>


<\/p>

You will need proven experience working with the following:
<\/p>


<\/p>

  • Managing a high volume ER caseload covering misconduct, grievances, harassment and sensitive matters
    <\/li>
  • Supporting Employment Tribunal cases and navigating complex, contentious HR issues
    <\/li>
  • Business partnering at a senior level within a demanding, reactive environment
    <\/li>
  • Coaching and guiding managers through formal HR processes
    <\/li>
  • Working within civil service, law enforcement, legal or similarly regulated environments
    <\/li><\/ul>

  • <\/li>

    CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience is required.
    <\/p>


    <\/p>

    Familiarity with Oracle HR systems would be an advantage.
    <\/p>


    <\/p>

    You will need to be able to obtain or hold SC clearance for this role.
