We’re looking for a Workplace Manager for a public sector organisation based in either Sheffield or Darlington on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £550 per day (Inside IR35). This role allows hybrid working - 3 days in the office per week.
The successful Workplace Manager will support the delivery of workplace and facilities management services across a large property portfolio. Working closely with Workplace Managers, suppliers and stakeholders, you will help monitor contract performance, manage customer issues, support compliance activities and ensure service delivery standards are maintained across multiple sites.
You will need proven experience working with the following:
- Facilities Management, Workplace Management or Property Management environments
- Managing services within leased or landlord-owned buildings
- Supplier and contract management
- CAFM, IWFM or facilities reporting systems
- Monitoring service performance, compliance and operational risks
- Project management and continuous improvement activities
- Customer and stakeholder management
- Audit support, contract administration and change control processes
Experience within the public sector or managing multi-site property portfolios would be beneficial. You will need to hold or be able to pass SC clearance for this role.
