Invitise Ltd is seeking an HR Operations Advisor for a public sector client in Swindon.
The role is hybrid with 2 days in the Swindon office and a 3-month contract, paying up to £375 per day Inside IR35 (Umbrella).
You will provide expert HR advice to managers and employees, manage employee relations casework (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance), and support HR projects and organisational change using HR data to drive insights and actions.
