We’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor for our public sector client based in Northampton on an initial 3-month contract paying £28.68 per hour Inside IR35.

This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week.

You’ll provide day-to-day HR support across a busy advisory function, focusing on employee relations and practical delivery rather than strategy.

The successful Senior HR Advisor will have experience in -

• Managing sickness absence, grievance and disciplinary cases from start to finish

• Providing clear, pragmatic HR advice to managers

• Ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently across teams

• Maintaining accurate documentation and case records

• Supporting TUPE and organisational change activity

• Delivering effective HR administration and ensuring compliance with employment law

• Contributing to ongoing HR projects and improvements
