We are looking for a Reward Consultant for a public sector organisation with a strong finance environment, based in either London or Leeds. This is a 9 month contract paying between £450 and £500 per day, inside IR35. The role offers hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office 2 days per week. You will need to either hold current Security Clearance or have the ability to pass it.
Key responsibilities and experience required:
- Strong expertise across reward, job evaluation, and pay governance.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and organisational design.
- Experience developing or maintaining job architecture frameworks.
- Proven experience in reward, with a focus on pay equity and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of gender pay gap reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data management tools (experience with R or similar tools is desirable).
- Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
