We're looking for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator for a public sector organisation based in London (hybrid) on an initial contract, paying up to £178 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella). This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week expected in the office in London.

The successful Recruitment Co-Ordinator will support end-to-end recruitment activity within a central government environment. You'll manage pre-employment checking, coordinate hiring processes, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a smooth candidate experience.

You will need proven experience working with the following:

  • End-to-end recruitment coordination
  • Pre-employment checking processes
  • Stakeholder management at various levels
  • MS Office packages to a competent standard
  • Working both independently and as part of a team
  • 1 to 2 years of proven recruitment experience

Experience with civil service recruitment and familiarity with civil service advertising platforms would be beneficial. You'll need to hold or be eligible to obtain CTC clearance.
