The predicted salary is between 63 - 63 £ per hour.

We're looking for a Resource Manager for a public sector organisation based in Berkshire (hybrid) on an initial 12-month contract, paying up to £63 per hour (Inside IR35, Umbrella). There is an expectation to attend the office in Berkshire two days per week.

The successful Resource Manager will work across day-to-day projects, identifying where resource can be moved and supporting tactical changes within the P3M function. They will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand capability requirements, support recruitment and resourcing activities, and help develop a professional P3M cadre. They'll also contribute to people development workstreams covering professional development, future careers, and learning and training.

You will need proven experience working with the following:

  • Resource management and workforce planning
  • Recruitment management
  • Stakeholder engagement across multiple disciplines
  • P3M awareness and practice
  • Team collaboration and coaching

You'll also need practical exposure to people development activity, including areas such as:

  • Professional development programme management
  • Learning and training framework development
  • Competency assessment frameworks
  • SharePoint content management
  • Future careers and succession planning
