Payroll Manager

We’re hiring a Payroll Manager for a public sector client in Swindon on a 3-month contract paying up to £400 per day inside IR35. This role allows Hybrid working – 1 day a week in office (may be more initially).

Essential:

• Payroll service delivery experience
• Manual gross-to-net and overpayment calculations
• Strong grasp of payroll legislation
• Able to present complex info clearly
• High attention to detail, proactive, and resilient

Desirable:

• CIPP qualified
• Oracle/ERP knowledge
• Public sector or senior stakeholder experience
