We're looking for an Oracle Procurement Operations Support for a public sector organisation, based in London (hybrid), on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £350 per day (Inside IR35). There is an expectation to attend the office in London 3 days a week. The successful Oracle Procurement Operations Support will provide first-line support for Oracle Procurement (PPM) processes, handling colleague and supplier queries and driving incidents through to resolution. You'll manage and track workflow activity, investigate operational issues within a defined support model, and escalate risks where needed. You'll also translate complex end-to-end processes into clear documentation, guidance and knowledge articles, and contribute to testing and service improvement. You will need proven experience working with the following: Oracle Procurement (PPM) and associated procurement processes Supporting operational workflows, query resolution and ticket management Analysing business processes and system documentation to spot improvements Process mapping and documentation Stakeholder management and communication Working independently within a defined operating model Public sector experience and PA23 knowledge would be beneficial.
