This is a remote position. We're looking for a Pay and Reward Consultant for our public sector client on an initial 1-month contract paying between £500 to £549 per day inside IR35. This role is fully remote.
The successful Pay and Reward Consultant will be a confident and numerate professional with hands-on experience of job evaluation and benchmarking, ideally within finance and property functions. Given the short nature of the contract, you will need to hit the ground running and be comfortable making decisions independently from day one.
You will need proven experience working with the following:
- Job evaluation experience, ideally within finance and property environments
- Pay benchmarking, including research and data analysis skills
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Confident and considered decision making within a pay and reward context
