We’re looking for a Cyber Security Architect for our client on an initial contract basis, paying between £600 - £750 per day Outside IR35. This is a primarily remote role with occasional travel to London as required.

This role will suit an experienced security professional with a strong background in security architecture, cloud security and enterprise security design within complex environments. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering secure architecture solutions across a range of business-critical projects, ensuring security is embedded across infrastructure, applications and cloud platforms.

You will work closely with technical teams, project stakeholders and senior leadership to define security requirements, assess risks and implement secure-by-design principles across the organisation.

You will need proven experience in the following:

  • Cyber Security Architecture within enterprise or complex environments
  • Designing secure solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networks and applications
  • Security architecture frameworks and best practices
  • Risk assessment, threat modelling and security assurance
  • Cloud security across Azure, AWS or hybrid environments
  • Identity and access management principles
  • Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Security governance, compliance and security controls implementation
  • Producing high-level and low-level security design documentation

Desirable experience includes:

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF or CCSP
  • Experience within regulated or enterprise-scale environments
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or cloud migration programmes
