The predicted salary is between 100000 - 120000 £ per year.

We are looking to appoint two HR Change Manager positions for our public sector client based in the Reading area, on an initial 18-month contract paying up to £56.86 per hour (outside IR35).

Work Arrangement: Hybrid working – 2 days per week on-site in Reading.

Required Skills:

  • Able to pass Security Clearance or possess Security Clearance (SC)
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law/Policy and experience implementing contractual change
  • Proven ability to lead transformational change via line managers
  • Skilled in creating tools and templates; recognised as an SME in organisational change
  • Experience delivering HR transformation and driving change initiatives
  • Strong trade union engagement capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management across complex environments
  • Demonstrable experience designing and embedding processes with managers and employees
  • Track record of enabling change through others
  • Proficient in developing and rolling out support materials

Ideal backgrounds include: HR Business Partners, Employee Relations professionals, or Policy specialists.

Desirable: TUPE experience, CIPD qualification (advantageous but not essential).
