We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner for our local government client based in Essex on an initial 6 month contract paying £450-£600 per day inside IR35. This role requires 2-3 days per week in the office.

The successful candidate will possess proven experience with the following:

  • Local government finance
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Revenue and capital monitoring
  • CIPFA / regulatory compliance
  • CCAB qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Advising senior stakeholders
  • Financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Service reviews and business case support
