We're looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor for a public sector organisation based in Exeter (hybrid) on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £300 per day. This is a hybrid role with one day per week on site in Exeter. The successful Senior Employee Relations Advisor will lead the ER function within a busy People team, managing complex casework up to Employment Tribunal level.
