We're looking for an Estates Technical Services Manager for our public sector client on a 24-month contract (Inside IR35), paying £635 per day Umbrella. The role is based in Salisbury with 4 days per week on-site.

The successful Estates Technical Services Manager will be a technically strong building services professional who is comfortable providing technical leadership and assurance across Hard FM infrastructure in a complex, regulated environment. You will lead across critical estates programmes, support engineering risk management and act as a trusted technical advisor to the Estates Senior Leadership team.

You will need proven experience working with the following:

  • Strong technical knowledge of building services engineering including mechanical, HVAC and BMS systems
  • Engineering risk management, safety critical systems and hazard-based approaches
  • Fault finding, root cause analysis and development of engineering controls for long-term resolution
  • Asset management for fixed and non-fixed assets, including relevant legislation and compliance requirements
  • Contract and supplier relationship management within a complex shared service environment
  • Health, safety and environmental protection standards in FM, including statutory processes and building regulations

NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation or equivalent is essential for this role.
