We're looking for a Contract Lead for our public sector client based in London on an initial 6‑month contract, paying up to £600 per day (Inside IR35).
Responsibilities
- The successful Contract Lead will be a hands‑on contract management professional with solid NEC4 experience, joining a lively and ambitious commercial team working on some of the most prestigious projects in the country.
- You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of a live single supplier framework, maintaining the relationship between the client and a major Joint Venture supplier, managing task order contracts and ensuring KPI performance and spend are captured, reported and held to account.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on contract management experience with clear and demonstrable examples of managing live contracts on a day‑to‑day basis.
- NEC4 contract knowledge and experience of applying it in practice.
- Supplier relationship management, maintaining professional and effective working relationships with major contractors or joint ventures.
- KPI monitoring, reporting and holding suppliers to account contractually.
- Framework management within a public sector or similarly complex environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Requirement to hold or be able to pass CTC clearance for this role.
