The predicted salary is between 46800 - 78000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for an IT Commercial Manager for our public sector client based in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, or Solihull on an initial 3-month contract paying up to Β£650 per day. This role allows hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week. You will need to hold a current Security Clearance or have the ability to pass it.
The successful IT Commercial Manager will work within a Commercial team to deliver programme objectives and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT and software solutions. You will possess proven skills working with the following:
- IT and software procurement within complex organisations
- Developing and implementing commercial and sourcing strategies
- Supplier engagement, market analysis, and benchmarking
- Managing competitive tender processes including ITTs and bid evaluations
- Negotiating commercial terms, SLAs, licensing agreements, and contract amendments
- Providing commercial advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Procurement Act 2023, and Cabinet Office guidance
- Delivering value for money (VfM) through effective commercial management
- Working with Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
