We're looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager for a leading public sector organisation, based in Cambridge (hybrid), on a permanent basis, between £50,000 and £56,500 per year + Great benefits.

This is a hybrid role with remote working available and some attendance at the office in Cambridge.

The successful Senior Employee Relations Manager will act as deputy to the Head of Employee Relations.
