About this Role
Consulting/Professional Services Experience – 8 to 12 years, Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience – 3+ years
Consistently staffed as the Area Architect on projects; defines and shares best practices based on their personal experience as a consultant or other work experience.
Consistently requested to participate in the sales process, either in estimating project effort/scope, or participating in onsite presentations.
Defines/signs off on budgetary requirements for projects.
Viewed as an expert in their area of expertise, outside of Invisors, by Workday, clients, or others in the industry.
Creates an atmosphere in which timely and high-quality information flows smoothly up and down, inside and outside of Invisors. Effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas orally or verbally in individual or group situations.
Displays flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions, personalities, and ways of thinking.
Works to improve and reinforce the performance of others. Facilitates their skill development by providing clear, behaviorally specific performance feedback, and making or eliciting specific suggestions for improvement in a manner that builds confidence and maintains self-esteem.
Asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment from others; motivates and mobilizes people to take action.
Understands agendas and perspectives of others inside Invisors, recognizing and effectively balancing the interests and needs of one's own group with those of the broader organization.
