About this Role:
- Consulting/Professional Services Experience β 1 to 2.5 years
- Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience β 1 year
- Consistently lead client demos and explain Workday functionality without support
- Occasionally called upon to serve as a Senior Consultant for a workstream
- Demonstrates situational awareness
- Develop routine deliverables with minimal supervision
- Does not require direct instruction when conducting primary Workday implementation responsibilities
- Works independently and knows when to ask for assistance
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities and core work product
- Contributes regularly to internal initiatives
- Contribute to methodology development in their area of expertise
